Each bedroom has a flat-screen Roku TV, and several offer ensuite bathrooms. The cloud king suite features a private balcony. The main-floor primary suite includes its own bath with a massage shower. Whether you’re turning in early or sleeping in late, there’s a cozy corner for everyone.

Cook, Gather, Feast:

The kitchen is fully stocked for real meals, not just takeout and coffee. Granite counters, tons of prep space, and everything from a crockpot to a Keurig and drip coffee maker make group meals easy. We’ve included plenty of cookware, glassware, and kid-friendly plates and utensils.

Step outside and fire up the gas grill (with complimentary propane) for dinner with a view—there’s plenty of space to dine with the Smoky Mountains as your backdrop.

Gather ‘Round:

The living room is built for downtime—with a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, large-screen Roku TV, leather couches, and room to stretch out after a day of adventuring. Watch a movie, play a board game, or just unwind while dinner sizzles in the kitchen nearby.

Play & Chill Spaces:

Lazy Bear Beach Lounge is where Lazy Bear goes to party and relax. Sip a mojito under our thatched roof “beach bar”, dance under the disco ball, Lounge and pose in front of our hand-painted mural, or sink a shot on our teal-felt pool table. The lounge also packs a retro multicade, full-size foosball, and a wet bar ready for your best cocktail flair—all wrapped in that signature tropical disco glam vibe.

Head upstairs when you’re craving a little extra competition—the full-size air-hockey table sits in the open loft so everyone can cheer (or heckle) from below.

100-Inch Cinema. When it is time to just sit back, pile into the bean-bag pit and fire up the old-time popcorn machine, and settle in with the surround-sound theater for movies, game day, or late-night karaoke videos.

Mountain Views, Morning to Night:

Step onto any of the three levels of decks and take in the ridge views. The decks are lined with rocking Adirondack chairs, and the private hot tub is ready for a long soak as the sun sets behind the Smokies. One of the king bedrooms in the loft even has its own private deck—perfect for a quiet moment away from the group.

Bathrooms & Laundry:

With six full bathrooms – five with jetted tubs and one with a jetted shower – there’s no waiting in line here. Every bathroom has A+ water pressure, and is stocked with shampoo, body wash, and a hair dryer, plus plenty of towels for your group. You’ll also find a washer and dryer, perfect for mid-trip refreshes or post-hike cleanups.

Thoughtful Touches & Personalized Hosting:

We provide a starter supply of coffee, creamer, body wash, shampoo, soap, trash bags, dishwasher and laundry detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper. You may need to purchase more during your stay. While mid-stay cleaning isn’t included, we’re happy to arrange a mid-stay clean or trash pickup for an additional fee if needed.

Loved the cabin we went there for Christmas week with the family it had a little cute Christmas tree already prepared for us. It has so many rooms and bathrooms great for a big family like mine. The kids got plenty of entertainment with the video games and movie theater. The cabin is prepared for everything the grill was super easy to use and we used it every day, the rocking chairs in the porch were great. They also had enough space to put all our trash we love the place. David was great and super responsive a great host, anything you need or want to ask do David and his assistant Jeneff are on point. They also offered a discount on an extra day and flexible check out. Will come back for sure. Also amazing views from the cabin 😁

Wow! A beautiful home with an amazing view! Not only were David and Holly helpful, they were understanding and kind. The stay was well worth the money and there was plenty of space for our family. We made beautiful memories and encourage anyone considering to go ahead and book! Any questions we had were quickly answered. They also had a binder full of information about their home and nearby things to do, which came in handy! Thank you David and Holly, we can’t wait to come back!

Looking for your next family cabin getaway, this is the place! Hosts are exceptionally responsive, and transparent during your entire stay. Enough room for all the family, and fun gathering areas on all floors. Location is nestled right outside of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, allowing quick travel to both locations, while still feeling easily accessible through main roads. Views are great, so make sure to bring your cameras! If we return to the area we will definitely be choosing this as our preferred destination.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. My wife and I got married during our stay and it was perfect for our wedding party to stay with us and have our family’s be able to come over for dinner or just enjoy the view of the mountains. We were able to bring our two dogs with us which made things so much easier. Parking was great! Kitchen was very accommodating. Rooms were excellent and clean. The host was very attentive and had the handyman come fix one of the lights and grill within 24 hours. The drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg were super close. Would definitely recommend, we will definitely be returning again.

We booked Lazybear Lodge for my best friend’s bachelorette party and it could not have been more perfect! From morning coffee on the deck with those mountain views to late-night laughs in the theater room, every moment felt special. The beds were ridiculously comfy, every bedroom had its own bathroom, and the fully stocked kitchen made our group meals a breeze. We loved soaking in the hot tub after a day of adventures, and goofing off in the tropical lounge. The location was perfect, close to Pigeon Forge and Wears Valley, and easy to get to with no scary steep roads. Spotless, spacious, and full of those little touches that made it feel like it was made just for us!

David Lavin: We had the most wonderful time at Lazybear Lodge for our big family get-together. The adults loved starting each morning with coffee on the mountain-view decks, and the kids (and adults!) spent hours in the tropical lounge playing pool, video games, and relaxing in the hot tub. One night, we all cozied up in the bean-bag theater pit for movies and popcorn—not a single complaint from the teens!

The layout was perfect for a large group, with six king bedrooms, plus queen and twin bunks, and comfy sleeper sofas. Everyone had space to spread out. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook big family meals. The location was super convenient to Wears Valley, Pigeon Forge, and Dollywood, and andwe felt safe knowing we weren't off in the woods somewhere in the middle of nowhere.

David and his team were fantastic hosts. We’d absolutely recommend Lazybear Lodge!

We loved our stay at Lazy Bear Lodge! The location was great with easy access to Wears Valley, Dollywood and Gatlinburg. The cabin itself was really clean, with plenty of room for our big group of families spread out. We loved how well-stocked the kitchen was, the great views, hot tub, Pool table lounge and theater. Our kids loved the big neighborhood pool, and the game room. David was a wonderful host.
