Lazy Bear Lodge

I have nothing but positive things to say about our stay with Dream Cabins. They were responsive, clean, easy to find, well stocked, beautiful house; pretty much everything you want in an Airbnb. I had mentioned in passing we were celebrating my sister’s bachelorette and they even surprised us with a cake! What a thoughtful host.

My friends and I had the best time at their cabin! The view from all three balconies was absolutely beautiful! The bar/gaming area was fun and spacious!! We thought there was an issue with the hot tub and they sent maintenance out within a few hours to repair. Turned out to be operator error, but really quick and responsive for everything!!! Thank you so much and we will be booking again!!!

David and Holly’s place was immaculate. They were very friendly and attentive. Communication was seamless, their response times were very quick and they assisted in every way possible. Check in and location both were very easy. I would definitely recommend this cabin to others. We would absolutely book again. Thank you both again for the Birthday surprise and an amazing hosting experience!!!

We had an amazing stay, thanks to David and Holly. I will say this is probably the best booking me and my group of friends have ever made the times we’ve gone to a cabins trip. David and Holly have provided us everything we needed in the cabin, gave us a rundown on things we could do at the cabin, and also they made sure we were doing alright while we were at our stay. We can’t thank them enough for having us and letting us stay in their beautiful home. They even offered us a late stay the day of our checkout which we thought was very generous of them! I would definitely recommend them to someone if they were ever to book a cabin near the area to book with David and Holly. Me and my group of friends had an amazing time and if we were to go back and book a cabin near the area, we would definitely book it again!

Our stay at this cabin was amazing from start to finish! We booked it for our annual couples Valentine’s trip, and it was the perfect place to celebrate together. The cabin was beautiful, clean, and very spacious with plenty of room for everyone to gather and make memories, while still allowing space to relax and enjoy quiet time.

The host truly went above and beyond. They surprised one of our guests with a birthday cake, which was such a thoughtful touch. When we had an issue with the ice machine, they responded immediately and sent bags of ice right away. They also sent Valentine’s goodies, which made the weekend feel extra special.

Communication was fast and friendly the entire stay. You can tell the host genuinely cares about their guests’ experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this cabin for a memorable group getaway! Everything felt welcoming, comfortable, and well prepared for our group. We can’t wait to plan our next trip back here!

Excellent cabin with everything that you could possibly need for your stay.

Loved the cabin we went there for Christmas week with the family it had a little cute Christmas tree already prepared for us. It has so many rooms and bathrooms great for a big family like mine. The kids got plenty of entertainment with the video games and movie theater. The cabin is prepared for everything the grill was super easy to use and we used it every day, the rocking chairs in the porch were great. They also had enough space to put all our trash we love the place. David was great and super responsive a great host, anything you need or want to ask do David and his assistant Jeneff are on point. They also offered a discount on an extra day and flexible check out. Will come back for sure. Also amazing views from the cabin 😁

Wow! A beautiful home with an amazing view! Not only were David and Holly helpful, they were understanding and kind. The stay was well worth the money and there was plenty of space for our family. We made beautiful memories and encourage anyone considering to go ahead and book! Any questions we had were quickly answered. They also had a binder full of information about their home and nearby things to do, which came in handy! Thank you David and Holly, we can’t wait to come back!

Looking for your next family cabin getaway, this is the place! Hosts are exceptionally responsive, and transparent during your entire stay. Enough room for all the family, and fun gathering areas on all floors. Location is nestled right outside of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, allowing quick travel to both locations, while still feeling easily accessible through main roads. Views are great, so make sure to bring your cameras! If we return to the area we will definitely be choosing this as our preferred destination.

We had a fantastic stay! The cabin was spotless, with top-notch facilities and an amazing media room. The view from the cabin is breathtaking, and the host was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place!

The house is exactly as advertised. The view from the decks are amazing. There is alot to do for the whole family. Communication with David and Holly was excellent. We were there for my birthday and they went out of their way and sent me a birthday cake. That was a pleasant surprise. I would totally recommend anyone to stay there.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. My wife and I got married during our stay and it was perfect for our wedding party to stay with us and have our family’s be able to come over for dinner or just enjoy the view of the mountains. We were able to bring our two dogs with us which made things so much easier. Parking was great! Kitchen was very accommodating. Rooms were excellent and clean. The host was very attentive and had the handyman come fix one of the lights and grill within 24 hours. The drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg were super close. Would definitely recommend, we will definitely be returning again.

We had a great stay at the cabin in Sevierville! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication with the host was excellent, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The location was also very nice and convenient for our trip. Our group of friends felt very comfortable and enjoyed the stay a lot. Highly recommend this place!

David and Holly were amazing. Every detail was unique from the moment we arrived.They were very attentive with small details to celebrate my granddaughter birthday!!

The cabin was awesome.I recommend you guys to try. It's not too far from Dollywood, and other attractions as well as grocery stores. It's very clean and spacious the host's was very nice they redpond in a timely manner. I love it

Easy check in, everything worked great

We booked Lazybear Lodge for my best friend’s bachelorette party and it could not have been more perfect! From morning coffee on the deck with those mountain views to late-night laughs in the theater room, every moment felt special. The beds were ridiculously comfy, every bedroom had its own bathroom, and the fully stocked kitchen made our group meals a breeze. We loved soaking in the hot tub after a day of adventures, and goofing off in the tropical lounge. The location was perfect, close to Pigeon Forge and Wears Valley, and easy to get to with no scary steep roads. Spotless, spacious, and full of those little touches that made it feel like it was made just for us!

David Lavin: We had the most wonderful time at Lazybear Lodge for our big family get-together. The adults loved starting each morning with coffee on the mountain-view decks, and the kids (and adults!) spent hours in the tropical lounge playing pool, video games, and relaxing in the hot tub. One night, we all cozied up in the bean-bag theater pit for movies and popcorn—not a single complaint from the teens!

The layout was perfect for a large group, with six king bedrooms, plus queen and twin bunks, and comfy sleeper sofas. Everyone had space to spread out. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook big family meals. The location was super convenient to Wears Valley, Pigeon Forge, and Dollywood, and andwe felt safe knowing we weren't off in the woods somewhere in the middle of nowhere.

David and his team were fantastic hosts. We’d absolutely recommend Lazybear Lodge!

The cabin itself was really clean, with plenty of room for our big group of families spread out. We loved how well-stocked the kitchen was, the great views, hot tub, Pool table lounge and theater. Our kids loved the big neighborhood pool, and the game room. David was a wonderful host.
