This Airbnb in Cosby, TN was truly unforgettable and exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the ambiance was warm, peaceful, and perfectly complemented by breathtaking mountain views. It was the ideal place to celebrate my 25th birthday. The hot tub and pool were incredibly relaxing, and the arcade and movie room added a fun and unique element to the stay. Every detail of the property felt thoughtfully designed for both comfort and enjoyment.

What truly made this experience exceptional were the hosts. Their communication was excellent from start to finish, and they went above and beyond in a way we will never forget. They surprised me with a birthday cake and personally delivered it, which was such a thoughtful and meaningful gesture that made the celebration feel extra special.

This was more than just a place to stay. It was an experience I will always remember. I cannot recommend this Airbnb enough. I would definitely come back and stay again!!

Great, beautiful home and area!

AMAZING! This location did not disappoint. The photos do not do this place justice (crazy considering the photos are stunning). My fiancé and I came to elope and the lodge was more than perfect. Experiencing the breathtaking views along with the compassion of David, Holly and Jeneff made our special weekend. We will certainly come back!

Beautiful property. Beautiful balcony views. Lots to do in the cabin. Great for groups (10 adults and 2 kiddos and our pups). Close enough to town without being in it. Amazing, communicative hosts with extreme attention to detail. Can’t wait to come back!

PERFECT GETAWAY

We loved our cabin! The view was absolutely amazing and the cabin itself was exactly as described! Check-in was super simple, we didn’t have any issues with anything. The host reached out to us to make sure everything was good which I really appreciated. Would definitely recommend!!

My family and I had a beautiful experience at Dream View lodge. The large space and many amenities made it fun and comfortable to spend time together, and easy to find space apart when personal time is needed. My favorite place was the master shower with large glass windows overlooking the Smokies. But the large kitchen, loft with amazing view, fire pit, pool table, and much more make this a fantastic vacation getaway! I highly recommend.

If you want to get away from it all, this is the place to be! Great location with a cabin full of adventure to keep you busy. Host is quick to respond to your needs!!!

It felt like stepping into a postcard — every room was beautifully decorated, fully stocked, and thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind.

We made unforgettable family memories here — mornings with coffee on the deck watching the sunrise, afternoons hiking nearby trails, and evenings by the fireplace or in the hot tub under the stars. The cabin had something for everyone, and we truly felt right at home.

The location is worth it. Every night we sat on the deck and enjoyed the nature. we will surely book again.

Amazing views

If seclusion and views is what your after this is your place. Had something to keep everyone busy. Had an issue with the pool but the host was super responsive and had someone there the next morning to fix it. The drive way will be intimidating if your not use to mountain roads but was easily climbed by every vehicle in our party.

Dream View did not disappoint!!!!

The Dream View property did not disappoint! The view alone makes it worthy of a five star rating! We went into the national park and had a wonderful time, but came back to the house and all agreed that it provided the best view of the Smokies! It was constantly changing and always beautiful! We enjoyed morning coffee in the jacuzzi or around the propane fire pit. Our stay was comfortable, relaxing, and there was something to entertain everyone. Our granddaughter spent hours every day in the pool, which was also a tremendous asset! After the pool, she loved jumping in the Jacuzzi or enjoying the beautiful panoramic view shower! We made use of the pool table and the corn hole game every day. The fire pit for s’mores was a hit and we loved having the two levels of porches. The beds were very comfortable. The house was clean! The Host was very responsive and took care of issues. When the lights went out in the bathroom, they responded right away and had someone come out. When we suggested a new can opener, pizza pans and cookie sheets, the host ordered them the same day. I would recommend bringing extra toilet paper, paper towels, and kitchen trash bags, and your own spices. We are not sure we found the property trails that were advertised. We found one and it was extremely arduous with no view as a payoff. But we may not have even been on the correct trail. We wish there was some indication of the starts of the trails. Overall a great stay! The view is the best part!

Double elopement

My fiance, her twin, his fiance and myself had a very intimate elopement here Memorial Day weekend. It was absolutely perfect. Thank you so much for allowing us to use your space for our special day. Our son especially loved the game room, theater and pool. We loved the peace and the double shower over looking the mountains. Absolutely wonderful!

Gatlinburg Spring Break

Very clean cabin with lots of amenities. We had 6 adults and 3 teenagers who enjoyed the cabin immensely. We had lots of room. The kids enjoyed the game room and there was a pool tournament most evenings.The mountain view was incredible and the trails next to the cabin were very good. We were able to enjoy the fire pit and the outdoor fireplaces on the deck in the evenings.Our family has voted they would come here again.And to top it off, David was the ultimate host in making sure we were happy and enjoying our stay.

Perfect Mountain Getaway

Dream view Lodge was exactly what we needed for a mountain getaway. The house was beautiful, spacious and very well taken care of with plenty to do in and around the cabin. From the pool, hot tub, books, games, home theatre, on property hike and fireplaces with stunning views. It was hard to tear ourselves away to venture into the town. Our only regret is not having a whole month to be able to do everything we wanted! David and Jeneff were incredible, kind and very helpful every step of the way. We can't wait to come back!

We booked the home for our 2025 Spring Break. There were 3 families, 6 adults and 6 kids (ages 4-13). We had so much fun and enjoyed all the amenities. The kids swam every day and thoroughly enjoyed the basement level. The adults enjoyed the fire pit area, the pool table and all the outdoor games. We also enjoyed going down the mountain to Donna Joe’s daily, and even got to tour the property with all the animals on it. So many great memories were made! Thank you David for your responsiveness throughout the trip and even after. Great follow-up!!!

Our stay was beyond wonderful. This house has something for everyone. Our kids enjoyed the pool, game room, and theater. It was a much needed relaxing getaway with family and friends. The host was very responsive with all questions. I would highly recommend this property!

Family trip for fall break was very relaxing and fun. We all enjoyed all the games in the game room, the kids enjoyed getting to swim and the adults enjoyed mornings and evenings by the gas fires outside enjoying the gorgeous views. Owners were responsive go any and all issues . Will definitely consider for futuree stays just not in the wonter.

First & foremost, this location is in yhe outskirts of Gatlinburg. You are a little over 20 mins from the strip to main attractions. We had a wonderful stay at Dream View Cabin. This was our yearly family vacation so we had a group of multiple families. The location was great, it was a trip up the mountain but the view was perfect! We enjoyed the fire tables and fire pit every day! The kids enjoyed the hot tub, pool and game room! We enjoyed a family movie in the movie room with fresh popcorn and plenty of seating for everyone! The beds slept great. We had plenty of room for all 14 of us! Highly recommend this property!

As a group of 14 we enjoyed our stay, we loved the secluded location and beautiful Mountain View’s from the second story balcony. The theatre room and wood burning fire place were a plus. David was an amazing host and very accommodating to our needs. If you get a chance take a hike down the trail he has created. If you don’t feel like wasting time grocery shopping, Instacart delivers right to the cabin. We would definitely recommend staying at this cabin.

Great place nice views and very friendly host!

Beautiful home with a lot of fun activities for our entire family (3 generations)! We were able to comfortably fit 10 people and didn’t feel crowded once! We purchased and planned a week’s worth of meals & I’m glad we did! There was a gorgeous snow but it came with some accompanying rain and ice for a couple days. Overall, we loved the cabin and had an absolute ball! Highly recommend!

This was a beautiful cabin. I really enjoyed myself as well as my family. The things to do at the cabin was countless from the theater to the heated pool. We also had the pleasure to see snow. It was a very whimsical experience.

Dream View Lodge was absolutely perfect for our stay in TN. Beautiful accommodations and the view was beyond stunning! It just doesn’t get any better than this. Spent our evenings on the upper deck by the firepit. The stars and sky at night were spectacular. So quiet. Enjoyed the theatre and game rooms and plenty of space for all six of us to spread out throughout the cabin. We also enjoyed the pool table. We didn’t have enough time to do all the things we planned to do so I guess we’ll just have to go back. I highly recommend this cabin. Host was stupendous. Immediately responded to texts. Beautiful stunning views! The pool with the glass door was perfect to keep the heat in and any bugs out. There were ample rooms with comfortable beds, and fun games to play when you are just hanging out. The driveway is pretty steep because it’s in the mountains, but it is doable even with a small sedan in September. David was also quickly responsive, which is amazing in a host. I would love to stay here again!

The views from the deck were truly breathtaking, and the cabin was satisfactory, equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at David's cabin in Cosby, Tennessee! The cabin was cozy, immaculately clean, and well-appointed with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Nestled in a peaceful setting with beautiful mountain views, it was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

David was an excellent host—responsive, thoughtful, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The location is fantastic, just a short drive to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and other attractions, yet far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. We particularly enjoyed the nearby hiking trails and the serene surroundings.

We can't recommend this cabin enough for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the natural beauty of Tennessee. Thank you, David, for making our stay so special. We hope to return soon!

Nice place for the family. Very well private. Views were amazing. Great WiFi and the kids loved playing pool. The deck off the main level is really nice.

This cabin was the perfect place to gather friends for a weekend!! It checked all the boxes and then some. I don’t think there’s much better than a morning sitting on a porch couch, in front of a fireplace, with a beautiful and peaceful view of the Smokies.

The approach can be a little tricky driving, but David provided great instructions and no one in our group had any issues. Everything at the house was exactly as described. Highly recommend and hope to be back one day!

We had a wonderful time at Dream View Lodge! We met family so there were 4 adults and 5 kids. Everyone had great time. Lots of room, plenty of beds and bathrooms. The view from the upper and lower decks is fantastic AND it is truly a private setting! Inside, there are lots of windows so you can catch a view of the mountains from almost anywhere (including the master shower). We cooked most meals and the kitchen has everything you need. The kids had fun playing pool and the other games. The media room was great! It's close enough to town so things are convenient, but far enough away so you don't have to deal with crowds and traffic! David is a great host! Book this one!

The cabin was absolutely beautiful, pictures didn’t do it justice. The amenities were great, kitchen was fully stocked with supplies (we cooked everyday) the surround sound in the theater room was real nice. The deck and fire tables were amazing, we spent a lot of time out there especially the lower deck with the hot tub, what a great way to relax after our long days of adventures!! Everything was just so clean and the bathroom with the view was wonderful, it has double shower heads and the pressure and heat was perfect! The only thing super close is a dollar general and a gas station but about 25 mins away is a Walmart, plenty of restaurants and activities. Downtown Gatlinburg was great.

David is the best host in the world, super helpful, he responds quick and he’s so kind! He gave us tips about the drive up the mountain and he checked on us a lot during the storm, he cares about his guests. My birthday weekend was a success because of him. Would definitely book again with David!!

The time we spent in Dream View Lodge Cabin was amazing! The peace you feel and the breathtaking views it has from every space has no words to express. This was our first holiday away from home with the family and it was magical. It’s everything you would like in a cabin and more. The cabin was clean, very spacious, comfortable and had private trails to explore. David was an amazing host. He kept in contact all throughout our stay to make sure everything was perfect. My family and I will never forget this Christmas. Definitely Recommend!!!

My bf and I had a great time with a few other couples at Dream View Lodge. It was our first time to the Smokies and WOW. We were here for nature/hikes, and the cabin is close to one of the entrances to Great Smoky Mountain National Park. The cabin itself faces south over the Park and it gets amazing light all day (great for group photos).We did a few of the touristy things in Gatlinburg and because of where the cabin is, we avoided traffic on the main parkway. The cabin is beautifully renovated and each room is thoughtfully laid out. It felt clean, luxurious, and contemporary. I loved lounging on the upstairs sofa while enjoying the perfect picture window. AM coffee on the front deck with the breathtaking views was unbeatable (don’t almost forget to pack coffee & tea like us!) Stargazing from the hot tub was A+! David was a clear communicator and so helpful. He’s really built such an incredible space and a beautiful sanctuary in the woods. Thank you for an amazing trip to the Smokies!

Awesome place for groups of friends!

This is an awesome place for a group of friends. We came up with a big group of 14 friends, and we barely left the cabin.

Everything in the cabin is brand new and the place is really well laid out. The kitchen was big and stocked, the living area was comfortable and had enough seating for all of us to hang out, and there were different places on each floor and outside for people to have their own space.

All of the king bedrooms were super comfortable and felt really luxurious. The views from the decks are unbelievable. We spent a ton of time out on there, grilling, hot tubbing and hanging out- the upper deck gets a ton of sun and the lower deck is shaded so that was a nice balance. The views are better than the pictures, and there’s different views from all over the house. There was tons to do for everybody- a hiking trail on site, a game room with arcade games, a big theater and a pool table. Being this up in the mountains we were kinda concerned about the WiFi, but they’ve got Starlink and it worked great. Our host David was great and made everything easy.

Our group of 10 had an awesome time at Dreamview Lodge. The views of the mountain were incredible! The cabin is high above everything else, you can see for miles and miles and into the national park. Everything in the cabin is brand new, so the beds are super comfy and everything felt really luxurious. plenty of seating for everyone to be together because of the living room, bar area, kitchen and dining are all connected.

We did a lot of cooking on the grill out front, and in the kitchen, which was well stocked with dishes and cookware. Our kids love the theater and game room space they really took over the whole lower level. We adults slept in the spaces on the main floor, and especially enjoyed how so many rooms had exceptional views. We spent a lot of time on the decks, enjoying the two fire tables for grilling. The hot tub was great. Our room, probably the most spacious of the bedrooms had the coolest shower I’ve ever used. We all agree how amazing it was!

Will be back again !

This cabin is really A+. Other cabins we’ve stayed in didn’t feel private at all, but staying at Dream View Lodge was like being in our own little nature preserve. All you see is mountains and trees. It's about 15 minutes from the nearest National Park entrance, so we spent one day in the park and were off the trail and making dinner 30 minutes later. There is also a nice trail on the property where we took the family on little adventures.

We loved having a wood fireplace in the living room and sitting by the fire tables outside at night watching the stars. The cabin is much bigger than it looks; everything is super comfortable and well-stocked. The theater, game room, and pool table were great for evenings, especially with how early it gets dark this time of year. David is a great host and we enjoyed his place immensely.
